Lincoln College is a further education college based in the centre of Lincoln. They’re one of the largest local education, training and apprenticeship providers, with around 9,000 students attending. Ever since they opened their doors in 1886 they’ve been a beacon of local education and a prize to the county.
Lincoln College operates from numerous buildings across Lincoln, even stretching as far as their female college in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and facilities in China. When they approached Static Security Service to help make their operation run smoother, we jumped at the chance to work with them.
Lincoln College had been experiencing widespread staff absences, which was starting to have a huge effect on their day to day running. They were finding key members of staff tasked with locking and unlocking the buildings were absent on days they were required to let the students into class.
We worked with them to piece together a bespoke package to perform locks and unlocks across their numerous campuses to ensure their days went uninterrupted. We even included a key holder response to run side-by-side with their in-house security team. Patrols of the main city campus allowed us to help reduce their internal costs when it came to theft and vandalism.
