Our Hero Guard
Gregor Mila Static Security Guard for the Lincolnshire Co-op store in Boston helped to save the life of a little girl in February.
He observed a Mother running to her car to find that her young daughter was having an epileptic seizure.
Greg put the girl into the recovery position & noticed she had stopped breathing so he opened her airway to perform CPR.
Thankfully she was conscious after 3 minutes.
Greg stayed with the mother and children until the ambulance staff left.
Greg went above and beyond his normal duties and his reply to us was “I was only doing my job”.
A very humbling response from an exceptional member of the team and a special human being.
We have rewarded Gregor with a special Achievement award and both Lincolnshire Co-Op and Static Security gifted vouchers.
